Total cost of Edinburgh Tram: FOI release
Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
The most up-to-date figures on the total cost of the inquiry so far, broken down as much as you are able to, and any projected costs that are yet to be incurred. I would also like copies of any documentation (including emails and other messages) between officials in 2022 discussing what total cost of the inquiry is likely to be after it has fully completed and reported.
Response
I attach a copy of the information you requested for the costs of the enquiry to the end of this financial year.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested, there has been no communication regarding the total cost of the enquiry once it has completed.
