Information requested

For "Confirm and evidence that all government offices/agencies are not vaccant and are not being occupied by private contractors and are being occupied by a legitimate government body."

Response

Scottish Government do not currently have any vacant office buildings. Out of the ten Executive Agencies, only Forestry and Land Scotland currently have vacant offices. The addresses and reason for these buildings being vacant are as follows:

All of the buildings owned or leased by Scottish Government or its Agencies are occupied by the organisations themselves or other public bodies.
