'As at the 10th April 2022 please advise how many Ukrainian refugees have signed up to the Scotland Super Sponsor scheme and how many are now in Scotland?'

The answer to your questions is:

As of 10 April 2022, management information from the UK Government showed that 3,295 visa applications had been submitted naming the Scottish Government as the sponsor. You may wish to note that the number of applications may differ slightly from the number of individuals applying. The UK Government routinely publishes data on numbers of visa applications received online: Ukraine Family Scheme and Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme (Homes for Ukraine) Visa Data - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

The UK Government intends to publish information on arrivals by visa scheme and by devolved administration in the future. Therefore, no information on arrivals in Scotland can be provided at this stage. The number of total arrivals via the Ukraine sponsorship in the United Kingdom to date can be retrieved at: Ukraine Family Scheme and Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme (Homes for Ukraine) Visa Data -GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
