I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for information relating to the Good College Governance Task Group Report 2016.
I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications.
There has been 1 recommendation completed which is recommendation 4, with 7 currently remaining outstanding including 1,2,3,5,6,7 and 8. The implementation plan included in the original response outlines which deliverables within these recommendations have still to be progressed. The delay in completion of this work is as a result of the coronavirus pandemic however the Good Governance Steering Group has now reconvened with a view to moving the remaining commitments forward.
