Information requested
1. Who had the final say to sign off on this?
2. Who came up with these questions? can we have the names please so we can take this to the appropriate authorities if needed? We're not looking for group names these people like to hide behind, we want the actual person or people’s names who constructed this "census".
3. I would be grateful if you could look at this again and review Renfrewshire's stance.
Response
In response to part 1 of your request, the final decision to progress with the Health and Wellbeing Census lies with the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills and the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport.
In response to part 2 of your request, some of the information you have requested is available from the Frequently Asked Questions document published at Health and Wellbeing Census - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information)] of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption(s) applies are explained below.
The personal names of members of the Content Group have not been provided.
In response to part 3 of your request, the Health and Wellbeing Census is totally voluntary, both for local authorities to undertake and for, parents/carers to consent to, pupils to take part in.
