Information requested

1. Can you advise how many active app users there were on the Protect Scotland App on a weekly basis from September to the end of December 2021?

2. How much has the Scottish Government spent on its Protect Scotland App since its creation – and how much does it plan to spend on the app in the coming months?

3. Any and all projections of how many Protect Scotland App users would be the minimum for the app to be considered a continued success.

2. I can confirm that the Scottish Government has spent £914,844 since the app’s creation and anticipated ongoing monthly support costs are £43,991 per month.

3. I can confirm that we use the statistics for the app to review its performance on an ongoing basis. Therefore, there is no set minimum criteria in which we would stop using the app.
