1. The number of meetings Lorna Salter, herself, has had with Zero Waste Scotland since May 2021, either virtual or in person.

2. The amount of meetings Lorna Slater's team has had with Zero Waste Scotland since May 2021, either virtual or in person.

1. Since taking up her role in August 2021, the Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy and Biodiversity, Ms Slater has participated in one meeting with Zero Waste Scotland (ZWS) and I have provided the details of
that meeting below.

In the interest of fullness, please note that the Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy and Biodiversity also attended two Zero Waste Scotland events as part of COP26.

EVENT 1 - We Need to Talk About Consumption

• Virtual, pre-COP26 event.

EVENT 2 - COP26 Scotland's Climate Ambition Zone - Circular Economy

• 8th November 2021
• Lighthouse, Glasgow

2. For the sake of clarity, we have interpreted “Lorna Slater’s Team” to include; members of staff in her private office and Scottish Government (SG) officials working on policy and governance matters which relate to ZWS in the context of Ms Slater’s portfolio.

Officials have met with ZWS on the occasions outlined below, which form part of a regular cycle of meetings to support a positive relationship with Zero Waste Scotland and to monitor the organisation’s performance both in terms of policy and governance related matters.
