'All communications from members of the public to the SG in calendar year 2021 on the subject of a public inquiry into the SG's handling of the pandemic'.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.

An exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, i.e. names, email addresses and contact details of individuals, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018

I should also note that for letter 59, the attachments are found under letter 58 attachment 2 and 3. Similarly, for letter 60, the attachment can be found under letter 58 attachment 2.
