1. On how many occasions has the Scottish Government paid invoices beyond the 30 day payment policy as is stated in each contract? Please provide annual figures for the last five years.
2. How much interest, in pounds and pence, has the Scottish Government paid in total on invoices because of late payments, each year for the last five years please?
