Copies of all correspondence and meetings between the Scottish Government and its agencies and the UK Government and its agencies which relate to the extension of the operation of the Social Fund in Scotland, or the possibility of any alternatives to this course of action.
Response
I attach a copy of some of the information you requested.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some the information you have requested. This is due to some of the information containing personal data of officials, including email addresses, telephone or mobile numbers.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
