Response

Attached is a copy of the information requested.

As a result of this search, it would appear to me that the design and implementation of the vacs.nhs.scot website was largely an internal process within the NHS. You may wish to contact National Services Scotland, and Public Health Scotland, who may have additional materials.

An exemption under section 38(1)b of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This is to protect personal information namely, the names, email addresses and personal contact details, of non-senior civil servants. This exemption only applies to the personal information of these
non senior staff and does not apply to ministers.

An exemption under section 30 of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This is to protect the access link to the NHS site web developer portal which is used to edit and update the website and a technical document which details the system structure of the website.
