All costs to the Scottish government associated with the Supreme Court reference by the Attorney General and the Advocate General for Scotland - European Charter for Local Self-Government (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill and the reference by the Attorney General and the Advocate General for Scotland - United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill.

The answer to your question is £44, 816. The final total cost will be higher than this figure as some invoices have not been received. Once the total cost is known, the Scottish Government will publish the figure on the Scottish Government website.
