All three of these services are provided to Social Security Scotland under the same contract with Royal Mail. The contract is called off from the Scottish Government’s Framework Agreement for Postal Services (reference SP-15-014) and is due to expire on 1st October 2021.
The annual value of this contract (which includes security screening, delivery and collection as well as hybrid and bulk mail services) is approximately £500,000. Of this amount, approximately £40,000 relates to hybrid mail services and around £330,000 relates to bulk print and post.
