Response
Question 1:
I enclose a copy of the information you requested for agencies created since 2006. For the purposes of this response, we are defining an ‘agency’ as the following category of public bodies: executive agencies.
I have provided a list of the agencies’ names and when they were created. Please see the attached PDF included in Attachment A.
Question 2:
Some of the information you have requested is available from the Scottish Government website at: https://www.webarchive.org.uk/wayback/archive/20170105064207/https:/www.gov.scot/Topics/Government
In some instances, the budget information may not be held in these records. As such, this information would be available through the Annual Reports published by each agency. Their contact details can be located here: National public bodies: directory - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

Question 4:
I have supplied the partial information that Scottish Government holds in relation to the breakdown of gender, disability and BAME staff within agencies created since 2006.

However, you may wish to contact these organisations who may be able to help you, their contact details can be found at: National public bodies: directory - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in Annex C to this letter.
