List of letters/correspondence in relations to Greater Glasgow and Clyde will be attached with the FOI request.

(1). Cabinet Secretary letter to all the Scottish MSPs on design and delivery of the flu programme dated on 5 October, 2020.
(2). Chief Medical Officer Letter – Scottish Immunisation Programme 2020.
(3). Jane Grant, Chief Executive, Greater Glasgow and Clyde on 29 October.

3. List of correspondence between SG Officials and with NHS Lanarkshire.
We do not have any specific correspondence stored apart from the one sent to general boards as above.

4. Number of meetings held between this period, including information, date and location of these meetings. Also include who was in attendance and any copy of any notes/minutes.
Please note that all meetings in regards to the design and delivery of the flu programme were facilitated by Public Health Scotland (PHS). Scottish Government officials only attended these meeting as one of the key stakeholders. The Vaccination Division, Deputy Director Derek Grieve attended these meetings.

The meetings were hosted virtually on the following dates within the time period of January 2020 – 22 October, (Date FOI submitted).
