Education Scotland has not spent any budget on Civil Service Learning within this period. All courses accessed by our employees have been without cost to the organisation. The spend on other external learning for the past 3 fiscal years was:

In line with our organisation response to COVID-19, we have developed additional internal development programmes on leadership, line management and supporting employee wellbeing across the organisation.

Our internal training and development work has shifted to being completely online due to COVID 19.
