5 - Which recruitment agencies have you used in the last 12 months for admin, call centre, data
processing , clerical, warehouse, catering and cleaners?

Disclosure Scotland does not normally use recruitment agencies to support in recruiting either temporary or permanent staff in line with Sottish Government practice. However as an exception in order to recruit in house IT specialist staff Codeclan have been used as an IT specialist. All other recruitment for permanent staff is carried out in-house and requirements for all external service provision is tendered. Disclosure Scotland no longer recruits temporary staff. All contracts are now with the Supplier organization for the provision of a service. We do use a variety of frameworks for the provision of services. Contracts awarded are publicly available on our contract register which is available here https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Authority/Contracts/Contracts_List.aspx.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

6 - Which framework agreements do you use for agencies? ie Scottish Government, APUK, Crown Commercial Services?

The frameworks that we use for the provision of services are: Crown Commercial Services & Scottish
Government Frameworks.

7 - What process do recruitment agencies have to follow to be given jobs to work on?

See response to question 5. We do not use recruitment agencies. Services are tendered where a specification is sent to the supplier for them to submit their proposal which is then scored during evaluation.

8 - Who is responsible for engaging new recruitment agencies?

See response to Question 5. We do not engage recruitment agencies.
