Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
Information requested
a) ALL communications including emails within Police Scotland and any other bodies within government(MSPs ,Other Politicians, Scientific officers, Public Health officials, Police unions, etc.) with regard to the Covidsafe procedures to be carried out on Roadside Breath testing on members of the Public Particular reference would be appreciated in communications on this subject from the following Persons and their offices
- Jenny Gilruth MSP
- Nicola Sturgeon First Minister of Scotland
- Humza Yousef Justice Minister
- Professor Jason Leitch, Scientific Officer
From the 1st January 2020 to today’s date of the 24th July 2020
b) ALL published documentation from Police Scotland and the Scottish Government on Covidsafe procedures and use of PPE to be carried out by Police Scotland officers while carrying out Roadside Breath Testing on members of the public This to include Guidelines, Standing Orders, Drafts, reports etc.
From 1st January 2020 to today’s date 24th July 2020.
