Scottish Government grant funding to Abused Men in Scotland (AMIS): FOI release

Information requested

1. The full conditions of funding to Abused Men in Scotland (AMIS) to support the implementation of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018.
2. Please also supply me with the total amount of funding provided by the Scottish Government to AMIS for supporting the implementation of the new act.
3. Please supply me with the conditions of funding, which stipulate the exact criteria that is required from AMIS for the funding budgeted for the implementation of the new Domestic Abuse Scotland Act 2018 to actually achieve the objective in real terms.
4. Please also state what professional standards and quality assurance reporting is required to comply with the conditions of funding, this is to ensure the you are provided VfM whilst not cutting back on Quality.

Response

I enclose at Annex A a copy of the grant letter issued to AMIS to support implementation of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018, the terms and conditions of which were accepted by AMIS.

Enclosed at Annex B is a copy of the associated grant application. This contains the information you have requested at points 1-4 above. Some parts of the letter and application have been redacted. This is to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 where contents of the letter comprise of the personal data of third parties.
