You asked for any information (including emails, letters, minutes of meetings) of a local authority, council department or individual school being fined, worrying about being fined, having funds from the Scottish Government withheld, or any warnings that funds from the Scottish Government may not be provided for any of the following reasons: not meeting any educational targets or goals, not meeting attainment targets or goals, not meeting teacher vacancy targets or goals. You asked for this information to cover the last 6 months.

Within the last 6 months, the Scottish Government has not withheld funding or threatened to withhold funding nor has it imposed sanctions in relation to educational, attainment or teacher vacancy targets not being met.
