Details of any meetings between the Scottish Government and the US firm Institute for Healthcare Improvement in the last 6 months. Please include dates, locations and attendees.
-Details of any current contracts between the Scottish Government and US firm Institute for Healthcare Improvement.This should include the costs associated with the contracts - how much money the government pays the firm for their services. It should also include details of the contract - why the government is working with the firm. For example, is this to supply any equipment, or draw up policies.

Attached at Annex A a copy of the information you have requested relating to meetings between the Scottish Government and the Institute for Health Improvement (IHI).
The Scottish Government has a strategic partnership with the IHI. The current framework contract has been in place since September 2018, covers all public services in Scotland and relates to quality improvement work. The IHI does not provide policy advice to any part of Scotland’s public services.
The costs incurred by the Scottish Government with the IHI under this framework contract each calendar year since 2016 are as follows:
