1. I attach a copy of most of the information you requested, detailing IFF Research’s response to the quality sections of the named tender.

2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s), s.38(1)(a) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.  

 REASONS FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION

 An exemption applies

 An exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal data relating to third party) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.  The exemption is applied due to the requested tender documentation detailing personal information of contractor’s personnel.
