Information requested

 

You asked for information relating to how the Scottish Government funded Capital Investment Programme to support small independent grocers introduce Food To Go stations within their stores was administered. The particular information sought is for phase one which opened to applicants on 1 March 2018:
 The Offer of Grant document including conditions of the grant;
 Grant recipient statements on compliance with the conditions attached to the grant;
 Reports submitted to the Scottish Government by the funding body (SGF) providing details of funds to final beneficiaries;
 Evidence submitted to the Scottish Government of monitoring activity and evaluations carried out by the funding body (SGF) covering how the funding was used;
 Documents/memos/emails/correspondence concerning the rationale behind offering the grant funding, including why it was deemed a suitable use of public money and why the SGF was selected to administer the fund; and
 Uptake of the grant. Total number of applications and number of successful applications as well as total monies distributed through the scheme.
