Information requested
Any and all records held by the SG (including letters, emails, minutes and notes of meetings and telephone conversations, all since and including 23 June 2014) of the process (including any consideration of an invitational and/or public consultation process) leading to the drafting and publication of paragraphs 8 and 9 of Attachment 5. In addition to internal SG records, please provide specifically any correspondence in this connection between the SG and
- the UK Government,
- Scottish Natural Heritage, and/or
- any other persons or organisations external to the SG
irrespective of whether such parties may or may not have sought to influence the drafting of paragraphs 8 and 9 of Attachment 5

These are:
- A document that was previously released on 7 May with erroneous redactions made under regulation 10(4)(e) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2014 and now corrected (Paul Cackette and Caroline Beattie). The remaining redactions in this document remain for the reasons previously given.
- A document that was previously released on 7 May with erroneous redactions made under regulation 10(4)(e) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2014 now corrected (Paul Cackette and Caroline Beattie) and with the content of Annex A now disclosed without redaction under regulation 10(4)(e) in recognition of the public interest test following the announcement on 21 February 2020 of the refusal by Scottish Ministers to grant planning permission for the proposed development of an 18 hole golf course etc on Land 1700M NW of Embo Community Centre, School Street, Embo (Known as Coul Links). The remaining redactions in this document remain for the reasons previously given.
- A draft version of document 2 which also incorporates an earlier unredacted draft version of the information provided at Annex A of document 2. The reasons for redaction in this document are as per document 2.
- Two further “stand-alone” earlier draft versions of the information provided at Annex A of document 2, one of which is partially redacted under regulation 10(4)(e) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
