• A catalogue of services provided (either by Education Scotland or associated suppliers) to support the development, maintenance and support of the GLOW digital learning platform. Please include the service name, remit, initiation date and service management arrangements or framework utilised.
• The organisational structure of permanent or contract roles associated GLOW service delivery and management within Education Scotland. Please include the formal role title, staffing level or grade, including relevant information for contract positions
• The title and remit of each role within Education Scotland associated with the management and service delivery of GLOW, including salary/ grade information, including relevant information for contract positions
• The governance structure within and beyond Education Scotland that oversee and control GLOW development and services- detailing board or committee title, remit and role titles of mandatory delegates and appointed chair
