Terms of business with incumbent suppliers for temporary staff: FOI release

Copies of Terms of business and/or Contract the current incumbent agencies are trading with each Public Body for the following framework agreements.

1] Temp Admin, Catering and Manual Staff [SOUTH]

2] Temp Admin, Catering and Manual Staff [NORTH]

3] Interim IT Staff

4] Interim Professional Staff Services

Question : Under the freedom of information act we formally request copies of Terms of business and/or Contract the current incumbent agencies are trading with each Public Body for the following framework agreements.

 1] Temp Admin, Catering and Manual Staff [SOUTH]

2] Temp Admin, Catering and Manual Staff [NORTH]

Answer : This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested for the following reasons:

The Scottish Government does not have the information that you have asked for in relation to these framework agreements because they do not exist at this point.  The frameworks are currently being tendered and the tendering exercise will not be complete until April 2019.

Answer : This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested for the following reasons:

The Scottish Government does not have the information that you have asked for because each Framework Public Body is responsible for placing its own call-off contracts from these frameworks.  Copies of these contracts are not held centrally by Scottish Procurement.

I have, however, attached at the Annex, a copy of Schedule 5 to the Framework Agreement which provides details of the terms and conditions that apply to call off contracts.
