You asked for:
Details of any Scottish Government payments on single-use plastic cups in the last three years, including a full breakdown of the costs, quantity and date purchased.
The Scottish Government provided single use plastic cups via the Catering and FM Services contracts. I can confirm that in the 3 year period from 1 October 2015 to 31 October 2018 that the Scottish Government purchased the following.
Catering Contract
1,517,366 plastic cups purchased. Due to the nature of the invoicing on this contract, it is not possible to break down the figures further or provide costs
FM Services Contract
