You asked for the number of pupils at the Royal High School, East Barnton Avenue, Edinburgh, EH4 6AQ who have been made the subject of a reduced (or part time timetable) in each of the past 5 years, including the extent to which their timetable was restricted and the duration in terms of days that each pupil was on a reduced timetable. You also requested the number of pupils at the Royal High School, East Barnton Avenue, Edinburgh. EH4 6AQ who have been excluded (either fixed term or permanently) in each of the past five years.

The Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested on pupils that are subject to reduced or part-time timetable. Work is underway to start collecting this information from local authorities in the future.

Information on the number of pupils excluded is collected from local authorities biennially. The number of pupils excluded either temporarily or permanently from the Royal High School in the academic year 2012/13 was 9, in 2014/15 it was 16 and in 2016/17 it was 6.
