Please can you advise me of the total costs incurred by the government in implementing the National BPS Scheme in this manner, including an estimate for the 2018 year.
 
Response
 
The answer to your question is that administration of the Scheme costs approximately £27k per year, in print/post and staffing. We estimate that a similar cost will apply in 2018.
