Please find enclosed copies of correspondence as per your request. Each attachment represents a separate sequence of correspondence on the matter. I have also enclosed a copy of an email from Clyde Gateway to the Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy & Fair Work as referred to, and attached, in the correspondence.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance some information has been redacted because of exemption(s) under Section 33(1)(b) – commercial interests and Section 30(b)(i) – free and frank provision of advice. We have also redacted correspondence that was not in scope of the information request, and names of individuals as appropriate.
