Further to your letter of 18th September, I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for All minutes/notes/summaries of meetings of the Legal Focus Group that is informing the GIRFEC Practice Development Panel.

Having looked into the circumstances I have concluded that the requested minutes of the Legal Focus Group in June were unable to be shared as they had not been agreed by all members of the group. I apologise that these were not shared with you sooner.
