1. The dates of any site inspections carried out by you in relation to this scheme from the date of planting down to April 2017;

2. The results of any such site inspections;

3. The degree to which you were satisfied that this scheme was a compliant scheme under the SRDP contract.

Response

The site inspection was carried out on 22 October 2013.
