Information requested

a) For each of the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, please provide:

i) The total number of successful convictions achieved in relation to any charge concerning the interference with a bovine TB skin test.

ii) For each case, please provide the name and address of the offender, the full charges including the relevant act, order or regulation and the result.

b) For the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, please provide:

i) The total number of court prosecutions that did not result in a successful conviction in relation to any charge concerning the interference with a bovine TB skin test.

ii) For each case, please provide details of the relevant act, order or regulation under which the prosecution was brought and the details of the relevant local authority area.

c) For the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, please provide:

i) The total number of investigations, arrests, charges or other enforcement action that did not result in a court prosecution in relation to any suspected offence concerning the interference with a bovine TB skin test.

ii) For each case, please provide details of the relevant local authority area.

d) The name and address of any person who is currently charged with any offence concerning the interference with a bovine TB skin test. Please also provide full details of the charges and details of the relevant crown or magistrates' court.

ii) For each case, please provide details of the relevant local authority area.

d) No persons currently charged with such an offence.
