The full details of the First Minister's diary, including all engagements, for the 26 April 2017.

Please state the location and times of the meetings with Tommy Whitelaw of the Dementia Alliance and Murray Foote of the Daily Record.

Any correspondence, meeting agendas or meeting minutes, details of phone calls or any other communications, both internal and external, regarding the First Minister's diary and engagements for the 26 April 2017.

In relation to point 1, the location and times for the meeting are as follows:

An exemption applies under section s.30(b)(ii) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.

s.30(b)(ii) - Free and frank exchange of views – Officials giving opinions. An exemption applies under section s.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.

s.30(b)(ii) – Personal data – names and contact details of individuals.

This exemption is subject to the 'public interest test'. Therefore, taking account of all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption. We have found that, on balance, the public interest lies in favour of upholding the exemption.
