I would like to know what the Scottish Government budget was for the 2021 campaign and any subsequent budgeted money for follow up campaigns from the end of the 2021 campaign to the present time. Could you also provide information about actual spend for the 2021 campaign and also further money spent on follow up campaigns since the 2021 campaign to the present. Please include information relating to money spent on advertising as well as other related costs.
The total budget allocated to the Fire Alarm Standards public information campaign 2021-22 was £500,000. The actual spend, including advertising and all related costs, £485,381.
There have been no follow up marketing campaigns since the 2021/22 and there are currently no further plans to run activity to promote the Fire Alarm Standards.
