Key closure deadlines
Please note: these dates do not apply to the employment related counselling service unit costs.
Final change requests: outputs and results
Date: 31/12/2022. This is the last date by which any Lead Partner (LP) can submit a change request to amend their operation targets.
Final claim submission (1st deadline)
Date: 13/01/2023. This is the last date by which any LP can submit a Final Claim to the Managing Authority (MA) where the operation financial end date is prior to 1 January 2020.
Final claim submission (2nd deadline)
Date: 30/04/2023. This is the last date by which any LP can submit a Final Claim to the MA where the operation financial end date is prior to 1 January 2021
Final change requests: for changes excluding outputs and results
Date: 31/05/2023. This is the last date by which any LP can submit a change request to the MA. LPs should only consider utilising this deadline where there is only one further claim to be submitted following this change request.
Penultimate claims
Date: 30/06/2023. This is the last date by which any LP can submit their penultimate claim to the MA. This is for operations with a financial end date in 2022/23.
Final claim submission (3rd deadline)
Date: 31/07/2023. This is the last date by which any LP can submit a Final Claim to the MA where the operation financial end date is prior to 1 January 2022.
Final physical end date
Date: 30/09/2023. This is the last date by which physical activity for any operation must be complete.
Final financial end date
Date: 31/12/2023. This is the last date by which financial activity for any operation must be complete i.e. funds must be defrayed from the LP bank account.
Final claim submission (4th and final deadline)
Date: 31/01/2024. This is the last date by which any LP can submit a Final Claim (including a signed declaration letter) to the MA where the operation financial end date is post 30 June 2023.
Final article 125(5)(b) OTS (Stage 2) visits
Date: 31/05/2024. This is the last date by which the MA will undertake remaining Article 125(5)(b) visits to LPs. It should be noted this date has been extended since our previous communications due to claim submission delays.
Final article 127
Date: 31/10/2024. This is the last date by which the Audit Authority will undertake remaining Article 127 visits to LPs. LPs must ensure resource is available to supply evidence beyond this date if requested
Final reporting on EUMIS
Date: 31/03/2024. This is the last date by which any LP can record their outputs and results via EUMIS. LPs are reminded of the under-performance annex within their offer of grant letters regarding output targets.
Final payments
Date: 20/06/2024. This is the last date by which the MA will pay LPs for all costs evidenced and verified in their final claims.
