Introduction
1. In June 2019 Scottish Government published a consultation on the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 and Association Guidance. This consultation sought views on the details of the regulations, the means by which they will be introduced, and the additional information provided through the associated guidance to ensure that users are confident that sufficient information is available to implement improvements.
2. This Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) updates the draft EQIA published to accompany the consultation.
