Next Steps
We will shortly publish a ‘We asked, You said, We did.’ This will take account of all feedback provided in response to the consultation, particularly in those areas where there was no clear majority or consensus.
Subsequent to the analysis of the responses to this consultation, the Scottish Government will continue to engage with stakeholders to further develop the draft Debt Recovery (Mental Health Moratorium) (Scotland) Regulations.
