This research reports on 22 victims’ and witnesses’ experiences of court (including children and young people) since the introduction of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 in April 2019.

Two pages of the booklet that was used to support the interviews. The first page starts with a visualisation of the court process and introduction to the interview. The second example page shows questions that were asked in the interview on the topics “after court” and “finishing off”, such as “what do you think would make the court process better for others?”
