Notice of revocation of section 8 control scheme, Loch Choire Estate, Deer (Scotland) Act 1996.


In accordance with paragraph 6(b) of schedule 2 of the Deer (Scotland) Act 1996 (“the 1996 Act”) and following the application of NatureScot under paragraph 5 of schedule 2 of the 1996 Act, Scottish Ministers intend to revoke a control scheme made under section 8 of the 1996 Act. This is in recognition of the voluntary agreement which has been reached on Loch Choire Estate, and the progress on deer management which has been made to date. 

If you wish to make an objection to Scottish Ministers' intention to revoke this control scheme, you may do so by writing to us at: deercontrolscheme@gov.scot within 28 days of the first publication of this notice.
