We need to have one definition of the words ‘care experienced.’
The Promise:
- is a statement of what needs to change to support people with care experience
- tells us that ‘care experience’ means different things to different people
If there is one definition of care experience it will:
- help people to understand care experience
- support people with care experience to know what their rights are and what support they can get
