Letter to NHS boards with the Scottish Government views on the application of organisational duty of candour procedure during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This letter was sent to NHS boards on Monday 1 February 2021. It sets out Scottish Government views on the application of the organisational duty of candour procedure during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was sent to NHS boards only however the legislation covers all health and social care providers in Scotland.
