Analysis of the responses to the consultation about including Integration Joint Boards as Category 1 responders under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 which took place held between 12 October and 22 November 2020.

1. ‘Scottish Borders Health & Social Care Partnership Integration Joint Board’ submitted two almost identical responses; assuming this was done in error, only one has been included in the analysis. There were also two identical responses submitted by ‘Shetland Islands Council’ and ‘Shetland Islands Council and Shetland Emergency Planning Forum’, however these have both been included in the analysis on the basis that they represent the (same) views of two separate (but related) organisations.
