Community right to buy legislation: information events

In 2020 we are holding a series of events across Scotland to inform interested parties about community rights to buy Part 2 and 3A and the new right to buy, Part 5.

Each event will feature presentations on community right to buy, community right to buy abandoned, neglected or detrimental land (ANDL) and the right to buy land to further sustainable development with a Q & A at the end of each presentation.

A demonstration of Scotland’s online Land Information Service (ScotLIS) will be provided by Registers of Scotland. There will also be a demonstration of the mapping tool included in the programme, provided by the Community Land Team.
