19. Monitoring / Data Collection
Separate notification has been provided to local authorities by the Scottish Government of the national data which must be collected in respect of CPOs to provide evidence of the order's effectiveness and to identify opportunities for improved practice. Notification has also provided on the form and content of the annual reports which local authorities are required to provide under section 227ZM of the 1995 Act.
Separately local authorities will wish to identify their own data needs for local management information purposes.
