Communication with UK Government around Deposit Return Scheme: EIR release
Information request and response under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
Information requested
- Please can I have copies of all communication between the Scottish and UK Government relating to discussions about the Deposit Return Scheme in relation to the UK Internal Market Act.
This should please include minutes of meetings and phone calls by ministers and civil servants, and all emails relating to DRS and any discussion about an exemption to the UK Internal Market Act.
The timeframe I would like it to include is the entire month of February, 2023, and if you could please provide the copies in an electronic format (Word/PDFs etc) to my email tom.eden@dailymail.co.uk
