Common Agricultural Policy - legacy schemes: beneficiary payments

Details of the amounts received by Scottish beneficiaries under schemes that were originally supported by the European Union’s (EU) Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

This information is published in accordance with EU assimilated law as amended by the Scottish Government, following the UK’s exit from the EU.

The full dataset is available to download in spreadsheet format. The data relates to all CAP legacy schemes subsidy payments made to beneficiaries in Scotland during the EU financial year from 16 October 2024 to 15 October 2025.

In line with the legislation, the names of beneficiaries who received less than the equivalent of €1,250 in total subsidy during the year are not shown in the spreadsheet. In these cases, payment amounts are included, but beneficiary names have been removed. For the purposes of publication on this website, €1,250 has been converted to a sterling equivalent of £1,114.

The Scottish Government remains committed to transparency in the use of public funds, including the publication of information about payments made under the CAP legacy schemes to beneficiaries in Scotland.

This data will remain available for two years, until June 2028. Information relating to the previous year to October 2024 dataset will remain available on the UK Co-Body website until May 2027.
