12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing

There are no direct impact on children’s rights and wellbeing through the CWB Bill proposals. However, there is the potential for indirect positive impacts through the implementation of actions contained in the CWB statement and CWB action plan. Where appropriate to support the implementation of duties contained within the Bill, further CRWIAs will be completed to take into account potential impacts of any new policy on children and young people’s rights and wellbeing.
