All RO schemes are administered by Ofgem who are responsible for scheme enforcement and compliance.

Scottish Government will promote compliance with amended legislation through online publication of changes to the ROS scheme and continued stakeholder engagement, ensuring impacted stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes.
