Build to rent: case studies
Case studies of the featured projects from the April 2018 Build to Rent event.
The case studies capture the main characteristics of each development proposal for Build to Rent and aim to help to increase understanding of a private rental sector that provides quality homes with a high standard of management.
This is the start of an online resource of developments which will expand to cover emerging projects. The next phase will focus on challenges of dealing with BTR through the planning system, including developer contributions and design. We welcome your suggestions for additional developments and topics.
